The prostheses, in this category, is being supported and fixed (screwed-in) directly to the underlaying, stratically placed, dental implants by mean of retentive screws.
As a result, they are not removable by the patients, by designed, but give the most comfort and satisfaction to the patients during functioning, as they mimic the appearance and comfort of natural dentition.
Periodically after the initial insertion, these prostheses may need to be removed, by the dental professionals, for cleaning, maintenace, and/or repair.
